Wilshire Consumer Credit. Westlake Fincial Michille in title department Paid off loan didn't receive title. Called 6 weeks later and tried to say I owed $98.00 after I paid every cent Los Angeles California

hiJohn everyone. Please listen and be very afraid before you borrow money from Wilshire or Westlake financial. I borrowed around 2400.00 with a huge % rate extremely high. now I was late on a few payment . Maybe 14 daddy's at the mosMe first off if your one day late this company will call your numbers 10 times a day back to back! Even when you've made arrangements to pay they still call you. I know, patheticAnyways I paid off my loan and I response with a supervisor when finished paying. He explained my title came from Sacramento and it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. Its now been 6 weeks so I called today. When I finally was transferred to the Title Department Michelle answered the phone. I explained I had not received my title. Well then she said bc you have a high balance off 98.00 dollars and we won't release your title until its paid . I explained to her I pd it off and she argued with me over and over and when I asked for a supervisor she said, they are busy and no one is available. I asked again plz her answer no. Then I said if you don't get someone else on the phone I'm filing a complaint.  Please handle this. She then said here's how I handle things, Click!! Hung up on me. I called back And she answered again. She is a nasty speaking woman with evil words . I finally got someone else who still said I owed money. Today I call back and spoke to someone who said she was wrong that I owed nothing . My title is suppose to be here in 3 weeks so we will sepolls tat away from them they are crazy liars

I'm sorry but did you not read where she wrote that she paid it off by paying the payoff amount? That would have included all the fees she had acquired! Wilshire is known for this crap. They are shady beyond words. Any legitimate person with actual CONSUMER experience with this company  and not an employee would not be on here defending them. Don't they have an option for employee or ex employee for these rebuitals? Be honest and post under what you really are to them. I have had personal consumer experience with Wilshire and they anything but legitimate and honest.
