We have been complaing about Wilshire for the last 6 months. They have attached fees and said we are more payments behind then we are. Wilshire has added fees on top of fees. And they will not let us talk to any other department except crs. Tonight i sat at my computer crying asking God why do we have the evil debt collector company. Being a home owner is suppose to be a joy. Its a nighmare. Iam so sick of the foreclose letters and they told me to sell things in our home and have a yard sell. The people at Wilshire said just sell your home. we had repairs needed and Wilshire said they are keeping the check. This was for water damage and we need carpet and floor. WE have been without carpet for over 30 days waiting for the insurance check to come and when it di d we forward to Wilshire to sign and return the check but instead they are keeping the check.Wilshire said they are within there rights. Please I have read lots of letters on this computer about Wilshire. Is there a lawyer or stand assembly of NEW JERSEY to help hard working homeowners from this loan shark company.They are getting ways by finding high interest loans and putting homeowners to foreclose buy adding unknown and unexplain fees. We was sold to this company after 30 days. I need TV Coverage or please lets get together. I hurting and feeling so sick , i just cry and cry and ask GOD please send us a lawyer. I know we have rights. I won't give up Wilshire Will Not Take My HOme. They are tricking and selling homes form incent people who wrk hard everyday. please please please help us save or home
