Our payments increased by 751.00/mo. Who can afford that? We put our home on the market. We wanted to do a short sale because all their fees racked up to over $20,000.
IN Feb,2008 we got an offer that would profit Wilshire. Faxed in all the paper work on Feb 20, 2008. All we got was the run around. My real estate agent says she has never seen anything like it. First closing scheduled for 3/14/2008, that fell through, then 4/14/08. Buyer had to get an extention on rate lock. May 16,2008 finally receive paper work, but my buyer couldn't wait any longer. What took so long? Are they that greedy?! Now we are faced with Forclosure 7/7/08.
My real estate agent got nothing but run around after run around. They are criminals and something needs to be done about this. I have 3 children to take care of and Wilshire has destroyed my good credit!!
I will join any law suit against this company, Gladly!
