Wilshire Credit Corporation Impossible to work with - loan modifcation ongoing over a year and no reponse - sold my home but still trying to work on loan modification???? does this make sense? Beaverton Oregon

I am been trying to work on getting a loan modfication with Wilshire. I had some bad luck will illness before this mortgage crisis happened but they have becomed overhwhelmed and ended up sending my home for public sale (when I thought I was working on a loan modification). Same story - no returned phone calls and then finally you get one and the process of the loan modifcation starts all over again. I'm on my 4th person now.

In April it shows they sold my house to Wells Fargo - then I fought on this issue because I was supposedly in a modification program...so they didn't evict me (after the notices) and are in the process of another modification. How can I even get a loan modification if it is in a trust account (the sold if for almost 1/2 of what I owed?)

I would like to get info on a class action lawsuit or find if Wishire even has the deed to my house....it's not in my name or their name???? The county had it for public sale a month ago but delayed if because I am fighting for my home. It's been months and months of one big mess with them and I'm not sure if I can afford to get an attorney to sort this out? Anyone have any suggestions?
(My story has much more to it - on and on it goes.....I'm just tired of this continued game...)
