Windstorm.com - IGIA - Tactica International DIP ongoing promises since Nov 2005 of refund for item cancelled and Never received ripoff New York New York

nov. 2005, purchase for windstorm vac(IGIA) off infomercial of buy one get one for s&h, was charged $518.11, twice as much as advertised-cancelled order by telephone, item was not received and refund was to be credited back on my credit card-takes 2 billing cycles to see results-so I waited and waited and waited-

it is now Jan 2007 and still waiting- BBB was contacted and they sent a letter to company in 2006- Sept 2006 company aknowledged said letter with more promises of refund.

It's a sad state of affairs when a company can flip its nose at the Government and the consumers and laugh all the way to the bank without concern of any recourse to their actions

I refuse to quit fighting- I will report this company to anyone and anyway I can until I get my refund and other consumers know of this company's poor dealings- IGIA is NOT a company to do business with.
