Winn-Dixie in the Mississippi Region is all about un-fair labor practices and discrimination of elderly individuals and those of different nationalities. I worked for Winn-Dixie for approximately 7 years, and during that reign gathered valuable information concerning time-clock violations including tampering with hours to make a budget. I was laid off because I was tired of withholding this information and tired of working 100 hour weeks, and getting paid for 40 hour weeks. To all investers or anyone else interested in buying this company, please think twice. The list goes on when we talk about Winn-Dixie. For instance, James Robin believes in having his meat departments to reprocess meat on a daily basis. Yes, that means even if the meat is one week old, it is taken to the back and reprocessed and given new shelf life. This is what James Robin preaches to his meat departments. People are getting ripped off each day because of this. These are serious health and government violations. To all of you out there, please take your business elsewhere, for your safety.
