Being suspicious of anything free and that they phoned on New Years Day I researched the company and found that the free gift is just a way of getting into your house to give a 2 to 4 hour high pressure sales pitch on an expensive vacuum cleaner and air purifying systems.
I believe the "survey" is a way to get around the Do Not Call list.
