About 1 year ago to date, my client was given an investment opportunity to participate in the "next google". Unfortunately, he didn't pass. My client has asked me to write this report to warn others about this company. Winnol.com, Winnol LLC, or Win-All, whatever way you would like to phrase it, is, unfortunately a completely fraudulent company/enterprise. The business plan they laid out a year ago, which was supposed to be executed by April/May of 2012, along with a launch that i was told would include Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera... the liste went on, in a concert. It's almost 2013, and my client has yet to see a product come out, furthermore, the company refuses to answer some of our questions on many issues, including where exactly the 5 or so Million dollars they raised went? Perhaps it went to the two brand new Audi's in Jasleen's name? Or perhaps it was to the brand new apartment that Param and Jasleen have moved into (in the Americana at Brand). It pains me to have to be cutthroat about this but the fact of the matter is, no start-up company that is hurting for money, pays themself. In fact the common sense strategy for a start-up that has high overhead is to cut executive salaries. It was brought to my attention the SEC form D, which i will attach that shows in section 12 what Jasleen and Param will be making in the next 12 months. Why do i go into such detail for my client? To prevent this company from claiming any more victims in the process. I wish nothing but the worst for these con-artists, i cannot wait to see them in court.
Here is the link to the SEC form D:
