The product we purchased left white spots on all of the black trim on our new vehicle. We followed the directions exactly. We contacted the company per info on packaging. We were told to send pictures of the damged areas via email. We waited 2 weeks and when we called back they said the information had been sent to corporate since there was damage to vehicle. We have called numerous times and they have never contacted us. So we called again and now they have informed us no one has the information or pics. I emailed 6 more messages with photos attached again per their instructions. I asked them to acknowledge receipt of the emails. They never acknowledged receipt of the emails and none of the emails came back to me. When we recently tried calling, we now get a receptionist for various companies (supposedly) who asks what company we are trying to reach. This person then supposedly is looking for Wipe New company to transfer the call, but we get no where and no one ever answers including the receptionist. I guess we are put on ignore. Will now try a hard copy to the company so we have a record of our attempts.
