Wipe New charge separate handling charge for a 2x2" sanding pad and called it a detailing kit and was shipped in the same box Internet

I ordered wipe new off the television ad for $19.99 also ionincluded was a detailing kit to take out oxidation for headlight lens.  I received a box 6"x6" that included a small bottle of wipe new, 2 rubber gloves, a 2x2" sanding pad and three 4" cloth rags. All of this was in one box and the total charge was $35.97.  I  called the company about the additional charges and was told that was a separate item charge for shipping and handling even though it was in the same box.  I want to warn people about the rip off product of the detailing kit, if thats what you call it.  I will never order anything off the TV as they all use the same sales approach and you definately do not get what they promote for $35.97. This is one of  the worst rip off companies to stick it to the american people.
