SURPRISE - I just receiced a check from Wireless Rebate Processing Center in White Bear Lake in the amount of $20. The fine print on the check says if the check is deposited it is 'absolute payement of any and all underlying obligations'.
Seems like this is futher attempt to ripoff the consumer ! ! !
Seems to me that Cingular has some obligations in these transactions as Wirefly was acting as their sales agent. Perhaps it is time for a formal fraud complaint against both companies or a class action lawsuit.
