After signing up for the agreed 2 year contract with Cingular Cell Phone service, Wirefly.com was to send me 2 free phones that they stated were not going to be charged to my credit card.I had to give my credit card solely for varification for the Cingular account and nothing more. They charged my account any way and then said I was not elidgable for the free phones. I have been uable to contact the company after months of trying. I contacted my credit card company and they took the charge off my account and then and only then did Wirefly.com e-mail me. Twice to be exact stating very clearly that they were canceling my order with them and that no more money would be charged to my account for any reason, and I thought the matter was settled. Wrong! They charged my credit card again and now my credit card company wont take the charges off my account because Wirefly had made false statements saying that the e-mails they sent me were only about monthly charges and intrest. There was never and I repeat never any discussion about any monthly charges what so ever! They change their story to sute themselves just to get your money!
Please, Please any one who has been wronged by this company Please file complaints with the Office of the Attornery General of Your state and the state of Washington DC and Maryland. If more people file these complaints then just maybe the government will look into this situation. This company needs to stop conducting it's business this way. They are guilty of the "Bait and Switch" scam and are allowed to get away with it. If you don't complain about them nothing will ever get done to them. Maybe it's too late for us, but future customers of this company need to be made known of how they conduct business, by not doing what they say they will. Please complain to any one and every one who will listen. File reports with the Better Business Bureau of your state as well as Washington DC and Maryland, which is where their offices are, and keep on complaining one of these days someone has to listen if enough of us keep complaining! Maybe some day they will even get a Class Action suit against them and we will all get our money back that they should of given us in the first place. Companies like this should be out of business so they don't hurt any one else. Also, complain to msn.com they allow them to advertise on their website. There is an area at the bottom of thier web page to "contact us". Please DO IT and as soon as possible. Tell them you wont use their web site until they stop allowing Wirefly.com to advertise on it.
