I was employed by Debbie Kay Promotions LLC / Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin (at an agreed upon 40% commission from all funds raised) to work in Madison, Wisconsin but instead was placed in front of the Pick-N-Save located at: 1717 Center Ave; Janesville, Wisconsin.
My job was to raise funds to grant wishes to seriously ill kids in the state of Wisconsin. This I did. I stood out in the cold begging for money to help sick children and turn it all over to Sabrina Busch (President of the company).
After placing about $300.00 in her hands I came to realize that this was a scam. Sabrina was a tremendous liar. She was using the money to satisfy her own greed. People were being ripped off and so was I, as I never received my agreed upon 40% commission and I was never going to be scheduled for an event in Madison, the location I was actually hired to work.
I called Sabrina numerous times requesting my pay for working for the company. She never called back. I also asked her to prove where the funds were going. She could not do that.
Stay away from this company. Don't donate your money to her. It does not help sick children... it only helps the lying, sicko (Sabrina Busch) that owns it. Keep your money in your pocket. Sabrina is a thief! And don't go to work for her. You will never be paid for your services. You can find a photo of her on Facebook. Just do a search on her name (Sabrina Busch).
Warning: Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin is a total scam. Sabrina Busch is a lying thief. The money donated only goes to serve her very own greed. It does not help sick children in Wisconsin. So Beware!

Wow! That's cool. Thanks for the info. You did an excellent job of exposing, yet another, one of Sabrina's lies, scams and deceptions. Yes Lawyered indeed! Excellent. This continued fraud by Sabrina is more evidence of just how crooked, rotton, and deceitful she is. It also sheds even more light on her evil nature. Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin is a scam. Sabrina Busch is a thief and a liar.
I never received payment from her. She will go to any extreme to protect her deceptions. Please, please, please stay away from her. Her day is coming. Her judgment is at hand. The wicked shall perish in their own destruction. That witch will get what's coming to her. God is judge of all the earth. But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giving up of the ghost. So Sabrina hasn't gotten away with anything. She's a liar and a scammer.

Michael Kent is Sabrina Busch

Here is proof that Sabrina is posting under the fake name "Michael Kent" There is no Michael Kent associated with the wish upon a star charity. She is not friends on Facebook with any Michael Kent and a Google search of the same name and charity yields no results. So how would this Michael Kent know such personal details from her courtroom battles or even care enough to find out if they are not even friends? He does not exist! Here is a picture from Sabrina's personal Facebook, the same picture that "Michael Kent" posted earlier on in this thread. How would he even have access to this if he A) He was not friends with her on Facebook and B) He did not attend the concert. So it's not his personal picture...it's Sabrina's. He would literally have to contact Sabrina in order to get that picture for this post in which case she would know about it anyways and chime in. But the most obvious of answers is that he simply does not exist and she is using a fake name. BOOM, LAWYERED.

Clearly this is not a third party (employee) writing this, as no third party would exert so much time and effort trying to rebutt something that they have no first hand knowledge about. Plus, in order to be a witness one has to have first hand knowledge of the situation. Does this so-called employee that is trying so hard to defend Sabrina's honor have first-hand knowledge of the situation? Not. Then their rants are just that, Rants! Not even admissable in a court of law. So the botttom line it is that wicked Sabrina herself making these false accuations... still lying... still cheating... and still unwilling to pay her debts. Don't trust anything that she or any so-called employee of hers say. If I had made threats against her and her children I would have been arrested. Was I arrested? Not! Where there any charges ever filed against me? Not! So again, she continues to lie and blurr the facts. That's what she does. She lies. She steals and then run to the police for protection but it won't work this time. You owe and debt and you WILL pay. A day of reckoning and judgement will come. God is a holy God and He demands justice. No thief will enter the kindgom of heaven. Damnation and destruction is their lot. Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin is a scam. Sabrina Busch is a liar and a thief. She does not pay her debts and the money donated is used to fatten her own belly. Deal with her at your own risk.

Sabrina was advised in the beginning of this by both her attorney and the police department to not respond to James' accusations due to the numerous emails and phone calls she received from him full of threats, which are all on record. In one nights time he phoned her over 51 times, just repeatedly calling and left messages involving threats toward her children as well.
And to stop your accusations on her record, notice dates and companies, also ALL listed items are closed cases. They are from when she was 18 with WE Energies, hospital bills, etc. ALL of these have been paid and closed.
What is wrong with you that you're wasting so much time trying to bring her down? She has a remarkable company and is viewed highly throughout the state. Your accusations and rants will not affect her.

"Wish Upon a Star Wisconsin" had a fundraiser for my disabled son, but the only thing that was funded was Sabrina's pockets! We have not seen anything from her and it has been almost a year! I cannot discuss anything else about this at this time as it is being investigated by the Dodge County Sherriff's Department. My advice, Beware! Wish Upon a Star Wisconsin and Sabrina Busch did NOT follow through with promises made to my son! And to James, I totally understand your frustration! I don't know you and I hope that you get some resolution and I wish I would have seen your complaint before we dealt with Sabrina. It would have saved us alot of time, frustration and hurt that has been caused by her!

The so-called rebuttles to my claims are not coming from real employees of the company but Sabrina Busch herself. She is so dirty and devious that she pretends to be an employee to perpetuate her fraud. If this were truly a real employee writing this crap then why would they make it a personal issue. I have not attacked anyone besides Sabrina Busch but this so-called third party acts as if the attack is against them. Makes me think its Sabrina herself writing this crap. If I am lying about my claims then why don't Sabrina sue me for deformation of character? I'll tell you why. She can't because she knows that I'm not lying. She also knows that I have recording and emails to back up my statements. She also knows that she's a liar and a thief. She also knows that I'm telling lthe truth. I promise you this, if you visist the Wisconsin public records website and search on her name you will see all the lawsuits that have been filed against her. You and also check with the Wisconsin department of labor and see the complaints filed there. So why are you personalizing the issue if you're only an employee? I have made no claims against you. Such an adversarial stance indicates that you are not a real employee but Sabrina herself. No employee would go to such extremes to defend and employer without having all the facts. Sabrina has always paid me what I was owed and given me many opportunities to work when I could.
You claim she has been sued multiple times and she never paid you. But the thing is, you say it about 4 times in each post. Your one complaint seems to be very petty when I am a current employee who says the exact opposite. I always get paid and Sabrina is one of the most genuine people I have ever known.

Receiving a grant does not prove the legitimacy of any company or organization, as scammers receive grants all the time. If Sabrina were truly honest she would pay me what I am owed. She would also produce documents to prove where every penny of the money donated is and has gone. Anyone can apply for and receive a grant so receiving a grant proves nothing. Just pay what you owe, cuz I'm not going away... ever! Visit the Wisconsin Public Court Records.

The rebuttles to my report that I was scammed by Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin were written by Sabrina and/or friends to counter the damage that I have done to her crooked company. Be careful about believing any so call rebuttle that claim the company is legit. You can find out tons about Sabrina (owner of Wish upon a star wisconsin) by visit the Wisconsin Court Public Records and looking at the number of times she has been sued. She's a liar and a cook. She is not helping sick children but padding her own pocket. Be warned!

How can you doubt what I have written without any facts to back up your accusation that I'm not telling the truth. Just because you have not been scammed yet does not mean that I was not scammed. I live through this and it happened at the time I lost my only child to a vicious death. I pleaded with Sabrina to pay me so that I could travel out of state to attend my son's funeral and that witch did not even have enouch compassion to do that. I never got paid. I never received a cent. I was constantly lied to. She said the check was in the mail. I have audio recordings of her lies. I have emails of her lies. I have a police report of her lies. I have proof. What do you have? She stole from me and others and she lies constantly. Trust her at your own peril. God's know that this happened to me. Please visit the Wisconsin Public court records and look at how many times she has been sued. Pluse I files complaints with several Wisconsin agencies so all the proof one need is available for viewing. I have proof. A day of reckoning is coming. God hates a liar. Be warned!

The so-called rebuttle that was filed on my report does not contain truthful information. Sabrina is a total liar. I was never given any company property that was not returned. She's a total liar. She never tells the truth. There was never a restraining order filed against me. She lies. Just go to the Wisconsin Court website and you will see how many times she has been sued. Ask her to show proof that I ever received any pay. I never received one red dime. She is a liar and a theif. Sabrina Busch is the worst of the worst. Wish Upon A Star Wisconsin is a total scam. She will get what's coming to her and I will continue warning people about the scam. A day of reckoning will come.

This accusation is completely false! I have worked for this company over a year now and have planned multiple events for children with illnesses. With Sabrina's help I have never had so much experience and help in creating a very successful event.
The family that we helped raise money for was over joyed. The mother literally was in my arms crying from being so thankful for our help

I have worked closely with Wish Upon A Star before it was even created or carried out its first wish. I would like to offer some further insight on the company and the individual who the report above targets. Wish Upon A Star was created in order to help families in the midst of caring for children who suffer from a life impairing disease or illness. The first wish was granted by Busch and her team in July 2010 to a thirteen year old girl who had alopecia, a hair loss diseas. Since then the foundation has granted over thirty five wishes, some just being helping a family with medical expenses, others being family vacations or something as big as meeting country star Jason Aldean. Wish Upon A Star has been reported in numerous newpapers as well as local news stations for the support they receive from the community. The above report was filed from a gentleman who was employed by the company for a very brief time to work at a Pick N Save near where be was residing to raise funds for Wish Upon A Star. ( The foundation has contracts with these retail stores and work with them and their customers to raise money for each wish.) This particular individual decided he didn't enjoy this aspect of the company and began inquiring about other positions available. When he was told there were currently none available he became angry and started contacting Busch with threatening letters, emails, and phone calls. These attempts of contact were harmful enough that Busch was required to obtain a restraining order. He never returned the property he aquired from Wish Upon a Star and therefore did not receive his last paycheck - which was stated in the terms and agreement form he signed upon becoming an employee of the company.
