My loan was sold off from princial residential mortgage in the year july 2005 my loan was acquired by wilshire credit corporation out of portland oregon..It has been a " scandolous nightmare ever since they acquired my loan. The following happened when they acquired my loan it was in the escrow instructions to have my property homeowners insurance to be paid. My homeowners insurance company had been paying my property homeowners insurance faithfully through my loan prior for over 14yrs this was safeco and was serviced by mother lode insurance out of placerville california. My insurance agent continued to call and fax wilshire providing them with the instructions to pay for my home owners insurance wilshire would not respond and would even disconnect the callsi know this from first hand experience with this company..
So after the time elapsed for the homeowners insurance to be paid wilshire than responds and slaps a blanket inurance policy on my account for $2000.00 per year im a working woman on my own and cannot afford legal representation so i have been fighting with them
montly over this.
I finally was able to get my own insurance and now wilshire is still holding out on releasing the forced policy they are scandelous and i for one will be so glad when im out of this horrible service and would not recommend this company to a dying dog.
They are liars and cheats and they get away with this type of treatment i cannot believe that there is no one to fight for our rights and punative damages and all the stress and emotional upheavel this company has caused me.Last month i called and told them my payment would be late due to my change in the pay periods at my job.
I asked them to apply the extra late fees that i were paying to my loan they applied the late fees to the insurance policy had nothing to due with my mortgage loan im furious and dont know what to do.
When i called and was told this i was furious. I have called them of recent asking when my pre-payment penalty will end i get different stories at each call asking me due i plan on refinancing i say no just curious i dont get a straight answer from them..Im beside myself. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRID!

I recently wrote about my horrible experience with this company after they did not comply with the escrow instructions in the acquring of my loan than placing there own forced placed insurance policy on after making sure that they did not comply with my insurance company..Im finally getting away from this horrible company i would not refer this company to my worst enemy in addition they did not apply my home mortgage payments correctly causing me to have to pay extra charges..There customer service department takes matters into there own hands and they pass off the buck to each other..
