Elie Akilian founder of Kings Isle did you personally prepare your customer service reps to be cold, calculating, callous individuals? Because that is what they are!



They see exactly what is happening with my account but refuse to fix it! Most likely because they are the ones who caused it since they have all the ability to manipulate my account in anyway they see fit!

All I get is a snotty "what do you expect  as a free player" is their response. I don't exactly call opening worlds with crowns playing for free! Basically I am SOL and should like it!



One can only "play for free" in Wizard city area after that it costs CASH to open worlds with crowns or subscribe monthly which is silly in my opinion since all worlds close if you stop subscribing, except wizard city, but ones you open with crowns stay open even if you haven't played in awhile they are still open.



They only fix glitches for subscribers, you can't use screen shots to report people for Swearing around the filters and you have to put up with Harassment, Stalking and Dating requests by other players (and the switching to another realm to avoid unwanted attention doesn't work people stalk you in the game literally, until they find you!). Not exactly what I would call family friendly!



My character, and my daughters, are constantly cheated out of rewards and experience points for quests finished and I get charged for henchmen I haven't used on days I wasn't even online! I don't play in groups anymore for that reason because I never get the reward for finishing the quest, yet everyone else in the group will! God forbid you are in the middle of a battle and the server goes down you get screwed out of all progress! Even if you have been in battle for several hours! Should be able to pick up where you left off!



I should be able to play the game without going to the official website to learn how to play the game every time I encounter a quest that is ridiculously obscure or impossible to complete, and I should be able to complete quests solo.



I'm sorry I know all you are worried about is making money but for once could you think about the customer since they are the ones spending their money on you?



I agree with Marc and I will not be saying good things about Wizard101 or Pirate101 to anyone I know ever again, but I will make sure they find this website so they can file a report as well.

I also have had a negative dealing with this outfit, as do many others lately. I wish I had known about this site before I started giving them money. This is a company that seems to be run by juveniles. Not getting any more money from me.
