They said NOTHING will be done about the fees. The rep & her supervisor both said they will not issue any refunds at all. They told us we should have called after the first statement. What a catch-22! There was no 1st stmt received! No matter how I pleaded with them & tried to explain that it's just not fair, they held firm with their penalties.
Of course, if we do not pay what they demand, the personal credit will be damaged.
An important note: If we DID get the first statement, we would have paid off the entire amount immediately -- as I do with my other bills. It was not a very large purchase, so it was not a very large original balance. We are now up to $230 -- appx double the purchase amount!
We actually have several other dept. store credit cards that are also with this WFNNB company, which now will all be cancelled. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to be very cautious with this company!
