Downloaded the trial version to see if it would fit my needs. Wondshare Video Editor was not the best option for what I was trying to do. I then removed the program from my computer.

Now I have an ad that keeps popping up on my computer advertising for me to buy the software. I have yet to find where it is originating so I can remove it.

I would not download software from this company or do business with them.

Having understood the inconvenience caused to you, we feel worried. Wondershare Software does take customer care seriously.

Please delete the pop up message by this step for a try:
1.Press Ctrl + Alt
+ Delete on keyboard at the same time, choose Start Task Manager to open
Windows Task Manager and click Processes, choose AShelp.exe and click End
Process to close it.

2.Go to C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Wondershare\Wondershare Helper Compact, delete all the
folder in that path and then launch the program to check again.
