My husband had his timing belt replaced only to find out they put it on improperly, causing so much damage he had to scrap it and buy a vehicle.(the previous one had been paid off)
I had a serpentine belt replaced only to be told it needed replacing again after only 16,000 miles!
After attempts to speak with the managers at each of these incidents we were handled with condescension nada very flippant attitude by both managers. Also, the current manager disassociates himself with Goodyear when dealing with " their policies or warranties"; very convenient.
My husband and I are paying more at a different business just to avoid this business; they don't deserve our money or business and they clearly do not care about you!

The serpentine belt in question was installed in October, 2009. Our nationwide warranty on belts and hoses is:
Parts: Lifetime, to the original purchaser Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. I offered to install the belt with no charge for the part and 1/2 hr labor which is book time. This customer declined and left. The entire staff at Wood & Fullerton Goodyear is dedicated to giving our customer the Best Tire and Automotive Service experience in Georgia.
