I have also had the misfortune to use this company as a credit card processer. I had cancelled with them in 2008, my contract "automatically' renewed in 2009. I have been charged 49.95 every month since then. When I called this week, they were aghast that I had breached contract by not using them and levied a $495.00 fee on me.
As they did not record that I had cancelled my policy years ago, they feel free to charge me these amounts.
The unfortunate thing is that I had called a year back to about the monthly deductions on my account. The listing that is entered on my statements is not clear that it is this company that I had already cancelled with. When I called they assured me that they were my current processer.
I am now waiting for the fight as they try to take my last bit of blood. I am sure that they will file a credit report against me for standing up to them.
