They put the wrong name on account (MY UNDER AGE DAUGHTER) kept billing me for three people. Tried to cancel was told i could fax paperwork. Did that kept getting billed. Had to cancel bank account. Trying to bill my daughter and my neice. Thretening to mess up the credit!!! Called corporate have to cancel thru La Mirada, Work Out World. Called them now telling me can't cancel thru fax! This has been going on since Jan 2011! I told them i was on disability they said have doctor fax over paperwork and they will cancel it. When i spoke to people at both corporate and La Mirada always said they would call me back! No one ever did! Part of my disability is memory problems. I lose track of time and forget things.
