Workout World wowNewEngland.com ; Manager Courtney Company Refuses to provide W2 to employees. Many students are unable to complete their FASFA required for financial aid at college because Courtney admits that 'she has at least 15 W2s that 'people have not picked up yet'. This in August 2013. I informed her that W2s are to be mailed by January 31, provided a forwarding address, yet she refuses to mail it! Nashua, New Hampshire

I am a student unable to register for classes because Workout World refuses to provide a W2 needed to complete Federal FASFA forms.
Courtney (Phone 603-883-4004) the manager at WOW Nashua, NH has been contacted multiple times, yet refuses to mail of be available to provide the form. She admits that she has 'at least 15 W2s here that people have not picked up'. I provided the mailing address, had her read it back to me, yet she refuses to mail it.
This is also being reported to NH Dept of Employment and Boston Channel 4 (CBS) as WOW is running advertising there. Anyone considering hoining should be aware how poorly run and how badly they treat employees!
