They are lyers. They promise to divide an account into two accounts, with separate billing.One for my wife and another for my sister in law. Instead they went ahead and billed us for both accounts into one bill. We contacted them on several occasions and try to get them to bill separately to no avail. They kept lying and making false promises. I even wrote two letters to them. They never responded.
They also started billing us for services we never requested. Finally we cancelled the service. They kept billing us for both phones.We contact them again. Every time we try to contact them we wasted at least 4 hours. On some occasions they hung on us. Their customer service personnel is awful. They are mean and rude. So far we tried many times to resolve our dispute and we can't. The bill keeps getting bigger and bigger.
