Meanwhile, bank continues to impose $25 late fees and finance charges until the customer gives up and pays the bill.
Bank's agent allows frequent phone calls - five to six a day, at all hours (0800 to 9PM0 seven days a week), however no human is ever on the phone when it is answered, and no resolution appears to be possible.
I believe that the bank's unethical business practices are widspread, reaching millions of consumers throughout the United States - through a variety of proprietary credit cards.
It is time for a class-action suit!
