IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE......

AUTHOR: K. Esq - (U.S.A.)

I want anyone reading this know two important things:
1. Listen to your instincts - If it sounds too good to be true....
2. Everything these folks say is true
Run don't walk as fast as you can in the OPPOSITE direction of Peter Ferrigan and any of his infamous companies.
This entertaining, often lovable guy is like the devil in disguise. Preying on people who desperately want more money! That shouldn't be a sin or a crime; to want to do better. Hell, it's the American way. But so are the makings of people like Peter Ferrigan. He's good at what he does. Sad part is, he really doesn't have to be such a scum bag. He could have made a decent living and many of his trainers could have done well also. But Peter Ferrigan is one greedy SOB; fancy homes and cars he couldn't possibly afford without your money. He has to take it from YOU because he could never earn it himself. He has NO college degree or formal training. He does NOT have companies around the world. Oh maybe an office on Uranus if you catch my drift... He is a liar and a cheat. He steals your money and the governments. LISTEN UP FOLKS... he is a TAX EVADER not darth vador - although there certainly are similarities. TURN HIM IN TO THE IRS! That will solve everyone's problems. I know, I know - you worry about all that cash you made you didn't claim. He banks on that fact. Well on December 20, 2006; the President signed into law a new piece of legislation that strengthens the IRS's whistleblower program. You are guaranteed anonymity and under the new law, you could receive an award of up to 30% of funds recovered. Heck the personal satisfaction of knowing he's sweating an IRS investigation is worth it! The BBB or Attorney General's Office can only do so much. Turn his butt into the IRS and also both the NC & SC depts of taxation for both personal and business tax fraud and evasion. Bill, you know better then just about anyone posting on here who and what he is. Use the info you have to your advantage and encourage everyone you meet to do the same. He can be stopped but only if people get off their butts and actually do something about it. He'll gladly go out and hire 10 new trainers and use that money to fight anyone who challenges him; probably where your money went! Turn him into the IRS and force them to take action.

Everything is True - I must get my head examined. But the way they sold me was pretty clever.

AUTHOR: Bill - (U.S.A.)

Everything about this company is a lie. Everything that I have read here in the above complaints is all true. Shame on me for allowing myself to "sold" into paying them $4000.00 to get a job. I must get my head examined. But the way they sold me was pretty clever. They told me that I would hit the ground running and I would make $250,000.00 per year, no weekends, no holidays, no nights, and only 40 to 43 weeks a year. What a crock. Just go to www.automotivenews.com and look at their ad running in the classified section. From the time I walked in the door of this felonious business, I was lied to. This company really should be shut down, and it's owner should have to pay back restitution to everyone he lied to. It would be nice to get my $4000.00 back. Do NOT go to work for this company! If you do, you will be sorry.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Criminals In Prison. Their advertising is false and the company is owned by a con-artist and a thief that would have made Al Capone turn over in his grave.

AUTHOR: Michael - (U.S.A.)

Their are people in prison for less crime than these people commit every day. Their advertising is false and the company is owned by a con-artist and a thief that would have made Al Capone turn over in his grave. They do not rip off students, they rip off their trainers and if a trainer does to good of a job they punish him by not booking him. They have you sign a non-compete contract under the pretense that you are going to make more money than you have ever made in your entire life. None of it is true. The owners threats of getting an attorney is the biggest joke I have ever encountered. If he ever went to court he would loose his shirt and business. The good part is that, because of the trainers wanting to do a good job, there are a lot of well trained people in the car business today. I was almost bankrupt by World Wide and their un-ethical way of doing business. I am in serious debt that will take me years to overcome but the good side is I am no longer a part of this con job. They need to be investigated. Like the other person that replied, I never got my $600 booking fees back. They claim they hold it just in case they get a complaint from a student or dealership. The pure simple fact is that they never intend to return anyones money. My desire to become a trainer and someone that could make a difference in a persons life took me to the poor house. It is a shame that someone does not bring this company to court for false advertising and for a thousand other criminal acts. Maybe not criminal by law but by ethics.

This is so true

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

I was a trainer for this company and they make promises that they can't keep. The charged me for the training one week and sent me on the road the next week with the idea that I would be making thousands of dollars. Bunk!!! You Never Make It! They also make you pay for two weeks of booking in advance with a promise that you will get it back at the end of you relations with them. Months go by without your money being refunded and then they avoid you phone calls. When dealers ask you back because you did a good job, they black ball you because they lose control of the dealer. It is the worst rip-off I have ever experienced.

Explain?

AUTHOR: S.n. - (U.S.A.)

I'd say the original poster was most likely on the mark. Instead of explaining what your company does and how the original poster was incorrect, you chose the "I'm gonna get my attorney if you don't do what I say". Slapping a CEO behind your name doesn't automatically make you right.

slanderous reporting

AUTHOR: Peter - (U.S.A.)

We have never taught anyone as a trainer, named Gary from Charlotte NC, or anyone from from Barrington, Il.
My company is claiming that this is an unsubstantiated report, which you, (and the person who is making this claim) will be liable for any damages my company, World Wide Consulting Services, Inc. will incur, or have incurred because of this slanderous report.
If you want to be fair, I would suggest that you call me, and discuss this matter so we can reach closure on this before we get attorneys involved.
