This magazine company contacted me on the phone I was a member of another company calle ?Readers Service and thought this was them, they said I was eligible for free magazines on my magazine account, I had no account with them at that time. This company gave my card info out to at least 7 other magazine services all affiliated with World Wide Magazine Services. they said they would only charge my account every 3 months i was charged every month. The other companies called while I was not home and my sister told them I wasn't home,They said they had recorded me ordering the magazines, but I only talked to one representative of this company, they couldn't haveanother recording because she told them I was not home. not the others.and within week or less I would be charged for a new magazine contract I never saw. This is the only Company that sent me a contract or any written form, and it is the only one I gave my info to. I could only contact the other by the numbers on my bank statements, when they charge my cards. The one in Rhode Island always said their reps were in meetings, one not this company in Colorado, was a travel agency and their agent was out, The one wouldn't cancel my magazines. I canceled some online but the others wouldn't let me even tho my name is on the subscriptions, because they were bought by that company. None of the publishers would cancel and sent the money back to that company. they are totally uncooperative. I got magazines from yachting clubs. I don't live near the ocean and have not interest in boats, I got free magazines about mechanics and finance I didn't want or like I still get some they won't cancel the magazines. I have been contacted by reps of these magazine companies(I had to block them on my phone),still at this time, from one of these companies the one in Florida that tells me they won't send me any thing in a written form so their customers can't cancel their contracts, and they'd lose money. I can't get this off my credit reports and they are all scammers and con many people this way.
