My wife and I bought the 40 coin presidential dollar set from World reserve monetary exchange on 8-20-2007 and have received 19 coins since we paid $162.00. We have now been informed that the goverment has since stopped making the presidential coin stes and the WRME says we have a choice we can accept some kind of a medalin to fill out the 21 non sent coins. We have sent them letters asking that they return our money and a prepaid box and we will glady return their 19 coins and coin holder. Guess what nada! Just another place to rip off your money and their GUARANTEE what a joke. Please folks do not be taken in by these people, you will have the same problems.

World Reserve Monetary Exchange Response

AUTHOR: Mandi, Exec. Assistant - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 30, 2012

Dear T in Iowa,

Please call me at 330-244-4121 and I would be happy to clear up any misunderstanding. We are very hopeful that we will be able to continue purchasing the coins from the US Mint so that we can fulfill our orders - we are just waiting on confirmation from the Mint that they will be able to supply us the quantity we need. There were some alternatives provided but you are not required to select any of those alternatives.  You can select option A only which says you just want to wait until we have a final answer from the US Mint. Please know that nothing is final yet and our President is contacting officials at the US Mint regularly to work out an agreeable solution for our customers. You may also reach me via email at MSnyder@TheWorldReserve.com.

Thanks!
Mandi Snyder
Executive Assistant to the President
