WorldPay RBS Hidden Early Termination Fee! Unscrupulous! Atlanta, Georgia

WorldPay has a hidden early termination fee of $495 dollars, which I learned of after I had already set up a new processing company. They purposely neglected to verbally disclose this, but hid the clause in microscopic print on the contract.  A company called Century Payments helped to speed me through the set up process and that representative also purposely neglected to disclose the fee/contract. (filing separate complaint)

In addition, Worldpay has recently added a yearly fee of $129 for IRS reporting. My credit union charges $36 a year to cover their costs. Worldpay is making a killing off of their merchants by padding this cost to line their pockets! Corporate greed at it's ulgliest!

They can't take the $495 out of my account because I closed it, so now they will be coming after me to collect a fee that should be a crime to charge at all in the first place.  Unethical, predatory, and unscrupulous. They should not be able to get away with this!
