I am sorry for your trouble that you are having and if you ever get me i will help to the out most extent that i can to make you a happy customer. so please be calm when you call in becuase we sit there 8 hours a day and get bitched out and we did not do anything to u it is not are fault and i know you would not like that at all if someone did that to u and also thin that way when you call other customer service to thank you.
