This company promises leadership, a chance for you to open an office. They promise to give you $5000 to help you start up the office. They do not promote based on getting enough leads. They do not pay you what you deserve. They promise minimum wage and a commission pay, but do not pay those to you. They pay only one or the other. They tell you they will give you an office if you write leads. What they don't tell you is that you have to write enough leads every week to build a team and be promoted. Adam Gerald is a scam. Worldwide Concepts offers a Management Training Program, but even if you work extra hard, you won't be promoted. Do not work for this company! Its a waste of time and gas spent. You have to go to the office everyday! Then, they make you walk around a Home Depot selling free in-home consultations on cabinet refacing! Its a joke!

I worked for the company for over 6 months and I believe that I was the best employed there. My words, it is a smart business, but will take advantage of people. I would not work for the company again ever and I advise everyone not to take part in the company. I did have money stolen from me from the Manager (A.G. is his abbreviation) and the hours that was working was retarded, than having to return all the way back to Atlanta, than to Norcross was just a waste of time and gas. The money that is promised and what you actually get in your check is not even close. Plus, he would not give out the numbers of leads that went through and it was all a hush, hush company. Adam is a shady person to work for and is very untrustworthy. But it will come back onto him.
