I spoke with Edison's store assistant manager, (S.J.) who said to me that he would replace my carpet , however, I would have to pay half the cost of the replacement. RIDICULOUS!
I returned several days later and met with manager (J.F.) who said that he would get back to me and to just have the carpet cleaned, mindful that it's only been 3 months of installation! Guess what he never got back to me. NOT ACCOUNTABLE .
So.. don't go and don't buy and spend your hard earned money with Worldwide wholesale flooring in Edison New Jersey.
The business higher ups are not accountable, their installation is horrible and to solve a problem they are apt to ask you for more MONEY or just get your carpet cleaned.
