We contracted services with Mr. Mann of Worldwide Intelligence Services. We thought they serviced our area in Lousiana but come to find out they hire someone else to do the work. We paid them the required money for Surveillance and they never performed the work. We have been unable to get our money back and continually get the run around.

Not one of the people who filed a report on this website identified their true name. Isn't that odd? Not a single one of the alleged posters contacted our company to resolve their alleged complaints. Basically, most of the reports do not complain about our services but rather the owners character and the reputation of our company. The only complaint that alleges we did an investigation, supposedly in Louisiana to that person we make the following offer. Prove we ever conducted an investigation for you in Louisiana and we'll pay you $10,000. They will not get the $10,000 because we never worked a case as described in their report in Louisiana. Wouldn't you go out of your way to prove we botched your case for $10,000? Not one of the posted complaints are able to prove we did any investigation for them or that their claims about our company are true. What we advertised is 100% true and we will prove it to anyone who challenges us. The person who posted these reports cannot prove to the public a single allegation. We know the man who wrote these awful reports. We gave him a chance to work for us and we caught him stealing and lying to us and we fired him. He couldn't deal with us catching him. How did we catch him? Because we are one of the best investigation companies in the world. This company is not a reputable company. As previously stated; if they were their name would not appear here. Have you ever seen a post on these pages about U.S. Investigations Services? Or any of thousands of other companies that operate in the same field as Wincor? A reputable company does not have to make posts defending themselves. If their reputation was stellar there would be no need. Right? Right.
Robert Mann is a pathological liar with a history of serious emotional and mental disorders. Though he appears to be operating a company, it is neither a company that he built nor a company for which he has any relevant expertise. He was successful enough in another business to bankroll his way into the investigations industry.
Do not hire this company if you are truly looking for professional investigations services. Do research. There is plenty of information on the internet impeaching this company and it's neurotic owner.

If you read the posts on ripoffreport.com you'll find that Robert Mann is now attacking people who post complaints, and people who evidently have nothing to do with the complaints posted there.
This begs the question: Why would a man who has nothing to hide, and who is above all reproach respond to complaints with slander, and attacks? The answer is that Robert Mann is a person of low moral character and who has no defense. Rather than answer honestly and forthrightly the allegations and complaints against him , Mr. Mann ignores the actual content of complaints and instead attacks people, or denies that they even exist. Mr. Mann has yet to directly respond to anything presented.
Were all of the things posted here, and on other sites untrue, misinformed or outright lies, Mr. Mann could easily set the record straight, which he still has not done. There would be no need to do things such as engage in slander, to deflect or avoid explanation.
It may be true that people who have filed complaints have negative information on their records, be it unpaid child support, theft, or medical problems, but none of these things takes away the validity of the complaints made against Worldwide Intelligence or Robert Mann. Those issues have little to do with the actions of Mr. Mann himself. It's the pot calling the kettle black.
Robert Mann has a substantial list of civil legal actions taken against him as well as a criminal record. Since Mr. Mann enjoys using the tactic of posting that sort of information, look for his civil and criminal records to be posted soon.

As the president of Worldwide Intelligence Network and a consummate investigator licensed in two states with years of experience and an exemplary reputation, it is my personal and professional "opinion" that the person who is posting all of these insidious reports and creating blind Blogs and seeking to malign our personal My Space site is someone who is nothing more than a whimpering coward and thief who we caught stealing from us and who we fired. We believe he is Mr. Leslie Lloyd Hill who has an existing criminal record for theft. It is about time that Leslie Lloyd Hill stop hiding behind false reports, aliases, blogs and MySpace. Obviously Leslie Hill has no job, no career so sits at his laptop all day creating his fantasies yet he won't identify himself or provide a single piece of evidence to support all of his rhetoric. Obviously Lee (as he likes to call himself) cannot find work and he has nothing better to do than sit home and create these fantasy reports. He's a pathetic slouch who was given more salary from us then he was ever paid in the past yet he found it necessary to steal from us and he was stupid enough to get caught, which was the case with Dallas, Texas Police Department when he was arrested for stealing. Leslie Lloyd Hill cannot even qualify for a guard card and work for $7.50 an hour. He has nothing better to do but to write these egregious fantasy reports. Leslie Lloyd Hill, seek out a psychiatrist to help you as you are obviously very ill and need help.

In reviewing all of the reports and responses on ripoffreport.com it's fairly obvious that there is a problem with Robert Mann and his company. The biggest red flag for everyone should be his constant denial that any of the people filing the complaints actually exists. That is the sign of a guilty "mann."
None of this is unexpected. A lot of people have problems with Robert Mann. I know Robert professionally and he is a person who adheres to no professional ethics whatsoever. He does not care who he harms or damages in the process of making money. The bottom line is the bottom line. He owned a business before he got into private investigations and personal protection. It had nothing to do with law enforcement, military intelligence, special ops or any of the other garbage he likes to tell people. He owned a service which provided domestic servants (maids, butlers, drivers, etc.) to wealthy clients. That's it.
Get real Robert. Acknowledge your own wrong doings and then move on. These things aren't going to disappear just because you deny them.

If you are truly not associated with this Robert Mann or World Wide Intelligence Network than your ok. If you are associated with them you need to know they are being investigated presently and are the focus of a civil suit pending for slander and actions for revocation or gun permits. I am sure you dont want to get caught up in Robert Manns mess so I hope what your saying is true as there is no association with him.
You will more than likely be served yourself as you are the person of record for his alleged nationwide offices. Protect yourself and report him to the California Consumer Affairs private investigators licensing body as well as the city of Los Angeles where he took out his business licensing. You do not want to be connected to him now and particuarly in the weeks to follow.
