Worldwide Travel Center Refused to follow through on Promise of Free trip Deerfield Beach Florida

I had problems with the company. I tried to make a reservation on the 'free' trip they promised once you tour their resort. It was too soon. So I called later and then they told me there was a problem with the 'place'. They could not guarantee a booking so I had to submit by form.

I submitted by form and I did forgot to sign the form or include an additional amount they charge for a child. this was my mistake and I accepted the that as my mistake and resubmitted. They returned it much later than a normal return would make but I completed it in a timely manner. Then they returned it saying I had to put a resubmission fee on a separate check. No one had told me that. So I called and made sure I had everything done correctly.

Then about two weeks later they return it to me and say that I did not make the check out correctly. I called and asked again if I resub, on two separate checks with the full name spelled out, with the form signed correctly, is it okay. They said yes, but then they said it was outside the time frame for my arrival date. I said it was their fault, they do not notify you on everything on the phone and they are late returning the info back to the customer. Long story short, someone else came onthe phone named Cerrie that refused to provide her last name, was very rude, refused to refer back to previous conversations, although they say they are taped, and told me I agreed I should contact the Better Business Bureau. I happened to see someone else from Nashville with a similar experience with the same company. It is just a run around because we did not buy into the resort and they will not follow through on their word or provide adequate customer satisfaction. Sorry - I did not expect much to begin with, but received less than that.
