now six months has passed and the charges are still on my credit card. now they tell me since it is an older account it is difficult to credit my account. i followed their instructions to check my credit card every 15 working days to see if i was credited. that just added more and more time to the problem. always talked to a different person and was always promised the same thing. still no credit to my account.
