You can find many reports of unhappy WrLens customers online. This is because they are a very unprofessional company. If you email them in regards to a problem, they become very defensive. If a lens you receive is defective (tear in it, or different color) they tell you to take a picture WITH the lenses on. Once you open the vials, they can no longer exchange them. They do this to trick you, so be careful. If you look up another report on this site from an unhappy customer, you can see where WrLens wrote back in such an immature manner, claiming the person who made the report was a liar, etc. How unprofessional is that?! Also, their "TESTIMONIALS" are fake! Absolutely fake! The reviews of the contact lenses on their site are also completely fake. I know this because I tried submitting a review on a pair of lenses I bought off their site, and months later, it never showed up. I tried twice. You can submit reviews, but they will not post them because they make up their own reviews. This is a red flag that they are such an untrustworthy company. Be wary when ordering from this company (which I do not recommend you do.)
