extremely unsatisfied with wrist-band.com should be called biggest screwingyoucanget.com! I ordered silicone wristbands for a deceased family members benefit.  I called before placing the order and confirmed on the order page that this company would meet my deadline. Received an email two days later with a MUCH later delivery date. Called the customer service number to discuss my order was hung up on SEVERAL times and placed on hold for over an hour. I was told by the "manager" that I was a scam and trying to scam them and was also told that my mind was playing illusions on me in referrence to the delivery date I called to confirm and saw on the order when I checked out. This company should be extremely ashamed of how they treat their customers big or small. Was very unprofessional and unacceptable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are ordering bracelets for your event do not use this company they are a rip off and will treat you disrespectfully when you call them to inquire about your order. I do not understand how a company like this stays in business with such poor customer service. Wish I had done my research before ordering. Consider my loss your gain and do not order from this company!

I am the manager of wrist-band.com and my name is Jason Burke:

We do not have any record of this incident happening. But I would like to set the records straight as to what is happening here. One of our competitors who cannot compete with our pricing is simply going around sites like these and posting negative remarks. It is very interesting to see that once I posted the comment to have the anonymous person that posted this comment to contact me the next day you can see that our competitor commented back.

Our sales team will work with any customer who has issues with their order. Once again I state if you are a "real" customer of ours please pick up the phone can simply call 281.286.9500 ask for Jason and let us know your order number and we will resolve it on the spot.

Once again we mean what we say: 100% customer satisfaction.
