This company is all about money!!!! They are a rip-off. I ordered my tea on Dec. 14th of 2007 and it was suppose to ship in two business days. About a week later I never received my tea. On Dec. the 28th I called and asked why. The gentleman I spoke with apologized and said he could not find a tracking number for me so he would resend it with no charge. Of course he would it's not my fault they screwed up. So..I received my package the first week of Jan. 2008. I started it on Jan. 05, 2008. They charged my card $37.00 bucks already on Jan. 7th. I haven't even been on this product fourteen days yet like their trial states. So okay whatever I let that slide b/c I knew I had to pay this anyway. This is what pisses me off. Today when I checked my banking account I was charged $54.95. This is insane!!! I haven't even went through my 14 day trial period yet. Even if I did it hasn't even been 1 month that I've had my tea. Josh Williams the representative that I spoke with today states that the computer generates the date back to Dec. 14th when I placed my original order instead of Dec.28 when it was sent out after I had to call. Leagally by their contract I have 60 days until they charge me again. I've always been skeptical about companies like this and this proves me right. I wish I would have never ordered this product!!!!! All of their agents just repeats the same thing over and over again. When I finally ask for a manager can you believe there is no phone number to contact him with just a freakin e-mail address that I probably will not get a response to.
