Do not do business with this company! Be very careful who you get your "free" sample month's supply of "oolong" tea! This company is giving me the run around and it's been a couple of months too long and I still have not received my refund!
Here is what has happened: I am hung up on just for try to get a return merchandise authorization number in August. Sent the package out on August 14, 2008 after finally getting the autho. number.
Package was delivered on August 26, 2008. On September 24, 2008, thinking I have waited long enough for a refund already...I called to find out why I have not received my refund yet; I got hung up on again!
I called back and they told me they never got the returned tea. Luckily I had them sign for it and called the post office to fax me a copy of the signed form showing who signed, where, and when. When I called them back to tell them this, they all of a sudden had this information in their computers. They told me on September 24, 2008 I would be getting my refund in 3 to 5 business days and I verified that I would call them on October 9, 2008...thinking this would also be enough time...But I guess not. Because I was told on October 10, 2008 which is today that I would actually have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks (business days only here no weekends in the count!).
Really wrong business conduct and ethics here as I am afraid they are not going to give me back my money...I do not think it is hard for them to credit me back my credit card charge which should only take around a week, maybe 2 weeks at the most...NOT 2 MONTHS and more...
Signed...Still Waiting for my refund...please help me shut these people down from doing poor business and ripping people off any further or causing problems so that customers will eventually give up...I assure you I will not give up. Any advice is also welcome. As it is I am now waiting for a refund to go through in November after they received the product on August 26, 2008.
