It looks like Wu-Yi Tea is ripping off people right and left. I too was a victum. Their site makes you think you are getting 60 days of free tea for just the cost to ship it to you ($6.95) Now they have your CC #. Be careful, because if you keep it they will bill your credit card another $37. Imagine $37 for a small box of tea. As soon as I found out how much it was I cancelled the ongoing shipment order they automatically put you on. I had a hard time getting through to their phone number, but I was persistant only to find out that I had to cancel online in writing which I did twice before I received a response.
Then several weeks later my CC was billed again $19.95 by a company called "Living Lean" in Las Vegas which I find out is affiliated with Wu-Yi Source. I did not authorize the charge!!! Wasn't that nice of Wu-Yi to give out my credit card to all there friends so they can rip me off together. I had to call my bank and cancel my CC card which is a major hassel but I guess that's what happens when you try companies you don't know anything about. I sure hope someone puts a stop to this company before many other people are affected!!

Please cancel your acct immediately or every month they will continue to get into your acct.I was taken by the same people but they used the name Te performance products then they changed it to Phoenix performance products.But this is the same co they chnge their name&location.They also change products from diet teas to arthris products,body building etc.I am fighting my own fight now.My bank is also charging me a 3 dollar service fee for every day it takes to get resolved so right now i have 200 dollars tied up that i can't get access to.Because the Phoenix products took money plus other stuff bounced in the process.
