Wu Yi Tea has an intro when you order a trial of their product. Apparently this company Living Lean is not actually something that you have a 'choice' to order. It appears that when I agreed to try the tea for the 30/60 days... it signed me up for this other program, without being aware that it is a separate service and if you cancel the trial you must call them separately. Also, Wu Yi Source released my bank account information to this company, and they started deducting payments after the 30 day free trial of the tea.

I called right before the 60 days were up to cancel... and was not aware that the Living lean needed to be canceled separately... as I was not using the service in the first place.

It took 2 calls and 4 emails to have them stop the shipment after they sent me $99 more worth of tea I did not want. At the time, they never mentioned I also need to cancel this program living lean.

In the initiate trial period of Wu Yi tea, they make seem like its part of the service and part of the automatic shipment of tea. I had to investigate the charges to figure out who this company was. I have still been unable to stop the charges to my account. They are fraudulent in their presentation and take advantage of the consumer. I don't know what to do, they have taken over $100 in payments since April, and also put our accounts in the negative at different times, costing us even more money in bank fees.
