There is a 14 day trial period from the time you RECEIVE the tea for you to try it and not be charged. All you have to do is inform them in writing. Well I called and emailed them within the 14 day period. I inclueded per their request, my name, invoice number, customer number shipping and receivuing date. And even though it was not required, I included the reason I am cancelling this and requesting no charges to my account.
Well they did not charge me the $6.95, they charged me $29.95 for a full shipment. In addition, there is a subscription to some lean living account that comes into play for $19.95.
So not only does the product not work, there are hidden costs you do not know about and subscriptions. DON'T LET MY $50 MISTAKE BE YOURS!!!
