Wu Yi Source-- Belto Customer Service Rep did absolutely nothin, but tell me to call another number that no one answers, there is an ottimated answer that says "the alloted time for this call has ended". I called them because they are trying to charge my Bank money when they already received the shipping cost, now trying to charge it again for more. The shipping is $1.95 now they want another $4.95 and I cannot get anywhere with them Ontario California

I ordered the Tea, tryed it and it made my chest pound so bad that I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I drank lots of water as they say to , I was so dehydrated I passed out for a couple hours and felt terrible because of it. The Tea tasted like regular tea, no big deal there, but This company charged my bank account $1.95 for S&H and now they are charging me another $4.95 for who knows what. I spent half of the day on the phone with the bank and the Wu Yi company and got a false number from this tea company from the CSR named "Belto" and there was no answer just an automated system that said the allotted time for this call has ended and hung up. I wanted info on returning the tea and got no answer just that number - 1-800-591-6383 for no information.

So I called again on 7/22/08 and spoke to Micheal, he said he could refund my $4.95 but that i had to wait for 24 hrs to receive my confirmation # to use to give my bank whom still allowed this fraudulet charge though we argued the charge the bank said they could do nothin until the company recieved the money ( bull sh--) but so the company has not sent my confirmation # and the bank just wants us to fill out a report and there are also $34.00 bank charge we have to fight now too. My money is supposed to be returned in 2 to 3 days , we will let you know if WuYi Source actually does what they say they will do. Dont order on line from any company, they can rip you off and you are screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!
