I never recieved an answer. I then called their 800 number and what you get is a recorded message, which in turn gives an email address that does not work. I then went to their live chat and after several minutes was told I would be removed from any future shipments but still be charged $29.95. Too irritated to fight anymore I let that go, until...
Today as I was checking my bank account on line I notice that there is a charge of 19.95 from a company called Living Lean. I called my bank to inquire about the charge and they said they can not do anything unless the payment clears. So I contacted the Wu Yi source was told to contact Living Lean who told me they would remove me from their subscription but I would still be charged. This is not over, I will not be charged for something I did not authorize. BEWARE!!!!
