found a speaker i wanted on the enternet, called the company with account info, my account was charged $198.95, nothing was ever sent, several emails and phone calls with salsman ryan harris with promises order will be processed shortly, i have them all saved, clearly documenting this, my order number is 133547, card was charger an january 4th 2002, last contact was august 26th 2002- attempted contact past that date was useless
