My wife ordered a Fuji film digital camera from this company a few months ago. Then she was persuaded to "upgrade" to rechargeable batteries, memory card, high quality camera case, and lens cap when she had to call to confirm the order on the phone. When we got the shipment, the lens cap wasn't in the package, and the rechargeable batteries took 16 hours to charge, and we put them in the camera and they worked for 10 minutes and went dead! The case is a nylon case that I could buy at a local store for $8.00.Then she called them back and got a RMA Number and wrote a letter and all that red tape to return the batteries and we had to pay return shipping back to the company. Well today, we received the replacement rechargeable batteries, lens cap, and lens cap holder. The problem is the rechargeable batteries are identical to the ones we returned, and the lens cap does not fit the camera! That is another mystery to me, according to the owners manual - these are "included accessories"! But they didn't come with this camera, and I don't understand why... I am not going to pursue this any farther because I am positive that if I return the rechargeable batteries again, and lens cap cover that doesn't fit, then I'll probably get the same hassle and end up with more cheap no name batteries and lens cap that still does not fit the camera lens. Anyway, this has been going on too long and I am very unsatisfied with the way we were treated by fotoconnection.com. And upon further research of this company on the Internet, I discovered that there are a bunch of unsatisfied customers that have bought from them. I will never shop there again! Take some friendly advice, stay away from this company!
