Wyndham Vacation Resorts Liars! Extremely rude! Stay away from these guys! Margate Florida

This is to report the most horrific time I have had dealing with Wyndham Vacation Resorts ever since I first purchased a 4 day 3 night package with them in 06 agreeing to attend a 90 min time share presentation. I made a booking in Jan'07 for San Antonio but was unable to make it due to a demise in the family. When I called them in Jan 09, I was told that since I hadn't used up my package in a while they would give me a $50 credit on my credit card on my booking to motivate me to use it. I then put in a request for smoky mountains, TN which was denied due to unavailability. When I put in a request in Feb 09 for Atlantic City and inquired if it was possible for me to use up 3 days and 2 nights out of the package, one Ms. Alisha's exact words on the phone were as you have already paid for a 4 day 3 nights package, you would receive an additional $50 cash back ($100 total including $50 on my credit card during booking) on check in at the Trump Taj Hotel, $50 in casino coin points and 1 night's credit at any Wyndham resort to be used within 1 yr with my only liability being $10 in resort tax per night. My request was denied again due to unavailability.
About 2 months ago, I followed up again to check and that is when all the pain started. I was constantly being transferred from one location to another and also asked to call 3 different numbers (viz. 8008662739, 8009220860 and 8003494004). I continued to be answered by not only rude sales reps but downright offensive supervisors who completely refused having had any such conversation with me. They even denied having an Alisha in the office when I called the same 8008662739 number from which I had the commitment. I distinctly remember the message saying my conversation with her would be recorded for quality assurance purposes before speaking to her. If this company doesn't even value integrity then why bother with the quality recording? They didn't just conveniently refuse the entire package ($150 in cash back and coins) but asked me to forfeit one night if I wasn't using it despite having paid for it instead of being reasonable by offering me a credit to be used at a later date. I was also denied a refund when I requested for it. I finally gave up after an entire day of disappointment on the phone but since I now had to use up the money I already paid, I called them on 7/16 to book a reservation for the weekend of July 31st. A very ill-mannered sales rep cut me off mid way during conversation and asked me to call back after 24 hrs as she had to put in a request in the system for me. When I called back on 7/17 one Ms. Minerva answered and said no such request was put in. When I mentioned again that I will complain for justice she finally put in another request and asked me to follow up on 7/19. When I called after being disconnected 3 times due to being timed out from wait and finally reached Ms. Pamela (8008662739 extn 7607), she said there was nothing in the system yet and worst of all that, now all of a sudden I owe them more money for the Taj as it is considered an upgrade and lied through her teeth saying the representative mentioned it per her notes! I requested her to check the recording again because I am certain nothing was said and when I again mentioned complaining to the right authorities she very arrogantly said she would be only too glad to give me their address and zip code for the complaint! Please stay away from these guys as they just don't care what consumers say about them!
