WYNDHAM VACATION RESORTS as reported in other places has super salepersons who make you think you need this, you deserve this, and you can pay for it in some way. Coercion is a good term for this sales pitch.  CLUB WYNDHAM is the plan you want to run away from fast.  The cost over $35,000.  We lost our original timeshare in this deal. 

My son who was co-owner with us was making the payments on this Club Wyndham.  He was laid off and could not continue making the payments (bal. $35,000)  They foreclosed.  We used to have a flawless credit rating. The hurtful part is they kept our $22,000 and left us with nothing.  They would not even negotiate with us so that we could at least have our original timeshare back and not lose money.  However, we all know that they are out to get all the money they can, and after the sale, you are stuck!! No recourse, not even an acknowledgement of a personal letter sent to their VP of owner services.
