I called on September 30th with my Son to Wyndham Owner Services at 800-251-8736. We spoke with Jenny (or Jaime) to roll over our points to RCI- the last day to roll them over was Sep 30. Jenny said she was having computer issues but still said the roll over would happen. I called back on Oct 2 to get a pay off amount for the vacation. At that time, I was told my points were not rolled over. I tried to get them to help but they would not. I called again with my Son on Oct 3 to again explain what happened. We spoke with Bradley. He refused to help also. When I asked for a manager, he said none were available to help. He told me that the points lost were 500,000 (clearly this is wrong and so I wonder what is going on with their computer system)
This is absolutely wrong. I had 400,083 points. I have paid over $10,800 for these points. I have had points taken from me by Wyndham in the past which is why I was vigilant this year. All I want is for my points to be rolled over to RCI like I was promised by Jenny.

I filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB and Rip Off Report. Wyndham called me about a week later and they were very nice about the whole thing. They decided to honor the original request and transferred my entire 490,000 points to RCI, which I really think they should have done in the first place to avoid this whole affair. The person that helped me was very very nice. If you need action, search online for Wynham with the CEO's name. You will find a website that has contacts for all the major people who hold office. I sent an email to many of them including their attorney's office. That helped along with the BBB. I AM VERY HAPPY NOW.
