Wyne Barth Scammed credit card, stolen checks and stolen from anothers account call in information. Las Vegas, Nevada

I was scammed out of $2,500.00 from a guy named Wyne Barth. He used my credit card, had a person send me a fraud check for 2,500.00 and another person who was supposed to be his attorney from a financial institution who called in $3,500.00 to my bank. The money from the attorney was stolen from another persons account at USAA. Now USAA has closed down my account and will not allow me to have an account with him. He works at this address 6655 W. Sahara Ave. Las Vegas, NV. 89146 and his phone number at work is 702-551-2877 and personal phone number is 323-419-4083. Email is wynebarth@yahoo.com. It is best to text him at his personal number. I want my money back now. Please help.
