I cancelled my subscription to XM/Sirius Satellite Radio 10 months ago and have called repeatedly as they continue to charge my credit card every month. When I speak to them and to a supervisor the offer a "deal" on a radio or to credit my XM account for the overcharges, but will not refund my money or stop charging my credit card.
