Xfinity comcast Xfinity is rips off it's customers time and time again Internet, California

Xfinity is a total rip off! The price arbitrarily goes up without notice. The customer service is not helpful and cannot do anything to resolve problems. They are rude and completely unprofessional. I want to know how a company can do this to people and get away with it? It's like we're being held hostage by the cable company. If you want cable you have to go through one of two major companies who basically have you by the balls and can do and say whatever they want and we as consumers have no choice but to put up with the brutality or not watch cable t.v. 

This should be unlawful. It should be a crime. To be held hostage by any company or individual is terrorism. There should be a way for consumers to file a class action law suit and get some of the money we've been ripped off for returned to us! I'm outraged. I'm disgusted and I'm sick and tired of being treated like a prisoner of the cable t.v. companies!!
